You can manage, change, or cancel your plan any time in the Customer Portal. It's available directly in your account via the user menu panel, and allows you to completely control what happens to your subscription.

Downloading and upscaling are unlimited. You can download as many images as you like from all the images you've generated.

If your social channels are personal, such as your personal Facebook or Instagram account, or a small YouTube channel, feel free to use images from any of our tiers. If your channels are monetized however, or you are running social channels for a business, please use one of our premium plans which allow unlimited commercial use of all images generated.

The sensitive content filter is powered by an AI algorithm and it helps to make sure that content on our site stays family friendly. The filter can sometimes trigger on false positives - so something that is not actually NSFW may still be covered with the filter. It's possible to remove the sensitive content filter by upgrading to the All Access plan. This plan is not available for direct purchase, it can instead be acquired by upgrading your account from the Customer Portal, once you've acquired any other plan.

If you need access to a particular AI image generation model or format, contact us to let us know. If you are using the PicFinder API it's possible to add any Stable Diffusion generation model you need. If you are on a Teams plan with no API access, we can look at adding the plan directly to your account. If you're on a single-plan account, we can add the new plan or aspect if it's a popular option requested by more users in our community.
